How can we test your products?
Yes, we will offer you some samples, or you can make a small order,
then you can test by your side, but you have to pay some money on
the samples in advance, once you make the order over-USD20000 (totally),
then we will refund you the money.
What about the box? If we want to use our own box, how can
we do it?
We have totally white box, one is totally white box. We would like
to make your own box. We will print it for you in our side. As the
box printing, we need the box design, AI or CDR. It takes around
7 days for the printing once we get good design.
How about the lead time?
It usually takes 15 days after getting your advance payment for
the common items.
We will try our best to offer you the goods as soon as possible.
How about your defect rate and guarantee?
Our defect rate is always 1% around, once our goods are defected
in big quantity, then we will replace it 100% for the defect one.
